Abstract: Leadership is rarely associated with kindness. But kindness is an 
essential part of leadership and management which allows you manage your 
company effectively, increase the authority of the leader and achieve success. 
Scientific studies show that the best way to manage effectively is to treat employees 
with kindness. So being a leader does not mean being unkind.

Nowadays leadership is rarely associated with kindness. But what if we suggest 
that kindness is an essential part of leadership and management which helps you 
manage your company effectively, increase the authority of the leader and achieve 
success? As defined in Collins Dictionary and Thesaurus Kindness is the quality of 
being gentle, caring, and helpful. Kindness is a quality of the soul in which a person 
wants to help people without demanding an emotional response in return. 
But most are not inclined to blend leadership and spiritual human qualities. It is 
widely believed that a leader should not be kind and sincere, he should be strict and 
effective. A leader cannot be weak, and kindness, according to many, is weakness. 
however, kindness is not a leader's Achilles heel. Many succumb and lose the edge of 
good nature. This is due to business communication that flows into personal 
communication. Due to the substitution of the concepts of kindness and weakness, 
employees cease to perceive the leader as a ruling force, and authority is lost. 
Employees begin to take advantage of the position, seek disciplinary indulgences and 
benefits. Therefore, leaders are afraid to be kind. They are afraid to show the deepest 
qualities of their personality in relation to people who work for the good of the 
company.
